Wood-fired pizza · Concept P041
Build it.
We fire it.
Real ingredients onto a San Marzano marinara base, then ninety seconds in a 485°C oven.
Tap a bowl to add a handful. Tap again for more, up to three.
The oven
Ninety seconds. Nothing to hide.
- 485°C
Oak burns at the back of a clay dome. The floor holds the heat, the flame curls over the top.
- 90 s
One turn on the peel halfway through. The crust blisters, the mozzarella melts but keeps its shape.
- 48 h
The dough rests for two days, so it stays light and tears like bread.
Order
Pick up in twenty minutes.
